Posted By: MaaMaw In Response To: Re: Billy B., and SBS Employment, and a bzillion others just like them have NOTHING to do with typing... (T.J.)
Wednesday, 14 June 2006, at 11:21 a.m.
I finally found the email I got from SBS Solutions (which doesn't even have a website, by the way). It isn't the same; it's only $7 for the "comprehensive manual" (BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA).
I know I read this exact same website a couple of days ago, and I don't know where, which is very frustating.
I COULD BE COMPLETELY WRONG ABOUT THIS.
I believe they are going to tell you to sign up as an affiliate with a bunch of companies (the ones that "never turn you down").
Then I think they're going to tell you to start placing your affiliate links in Google Adwords ads. They call it "typing" and "filling in forms," but I don't think it has anything to do with that (beyond "filling in the form" to write your ads for crapsake).
When people click on your ad and buy the product -- whatever it is -- you get a commission, and some of them can be pretty hefty.
If that's the case -- yes, some people make money with this... a lot of money even.
Another possibility is that they want you to take their duplicated web page (remember, I've already seen two of them, so I venture to guess there are a bzillion where those came from) and "fill out forms" to place ads anywhere and everywhere to sell the *same* program you're buying.
I think that's less likely, though, because they talk about working with these "companies" that never turn you down... but it's worth mentioning because it's a common "typing" scam that people should recognize.
IF I'M RIGHT (which I may not be):
As far as I'm concerned, it's downright dirty to imply something like that is as simple as "typing" and your ability to earn depends ONLY on your ability to "fill in forms" and that you can control your own income because it all depends on how many forms you fill in, which is something over which you have total control.
IF I'm right, that's TOTAL bullcaca, even though people are making money at it.
I don't like being misled, even if I can make money at it (which I'm not saying you can).
If you decide to go for it, please come back and let us know how it goes.
For the record, IF this has anything to do with Adwords, there are lots of places where you can learn about this free -- and there are lots of paid products that explain the process too, and they don't tell you "it's typing."
Hope this helps.
Luv,
MaaMaw

PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT. It has been done before, but never successfully. In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace. NEWS FLASH: I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday. I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish. I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!" Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures. Although we may, from time to time, monitor or review discussions, postings and the like on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, we are under no obligation to do so. In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact. And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!). |
