while I was there. It was a long day of waiting and standing but it was great and I believe I will be in the scene. I was not able to make jewerly out of stained glass, too much else going on and they didn't have it in the 70's so that was out.
What I did do, was take my digital camera and took pictures of people after we were in costume and makeup for the 70's. I had them sign a sheet with their emails and sent them their pictures with a link to my stained glass site and kindly asked them to visit it. Unknown to me, one of the men is the business manager for Greenbo State Park, about 30 mile from me. He wants me to bring my stuff and set up for a day in the lobby. It is a beautiful place and has a very nice gift shop.
The glass links that I have linked to my site are working too. I have been contacted by a lady in England that is interested in my work. I have had visitors from all over the world. I love my site meter. I have people from Japan, Turkey, Germany, etc. it is so cool. I still have a long way to go, but I still have at least a month to finish my studio, things are not moving as fast as I had hoped.
All in all it was a great experience, didn't get to meet Matthew MacConaughey but that is ok :( I got a picture of him Sat at the block party the studio had last weekend. I hope everyone is having a great weekend.
