No, it's not a scam.

Contrary to 1 of the posts above, you don't make money by reselling it. Resell rights are not available.

It's an eBook. You buy it, read it, and hopefully get some ideas to make money online.

If you don't read it, don't apply the ideas, or you are just no good at the kind of stuff it asks you to do, then you won't get much from it, which would not make it a scam, but would make it a waste of money.

Most of the ideas in the eBook, can be used in many different ways, so there is no limit on the number of people applying these ideas, so it's not like the ideas it proposes will get used up.

Is it worth the money? I bought it, for me it was. There were some bits of the eBook I liked, some I hated, and some ideas that helped me... but I already had an online business, so it helped me fine tune some of my stuff.

Is it worth the money for you? I don't know...

If you have never built a web site before, I'd say don't buy it, at least not yet. The people who will get most from the book are people who are comfortable with putting up their own web pages, containing ads, for example, etc. You need to know these basics, to get any real value from the eBook.

I wrote a review of the rich jerk some time ago [there is an affiliate link in my review]. Since then, he has updated the book, and given his older customers, including me, upgrades to the newer version. I've read the newer version - it is somewhat better in some areas, and it's organized ever so slightly different from how my review describes it, but it's basically the same book.

There is also an important bottom line with any of these marketing type books: Just reading a book by itself, is never going to make you a penny. You need to actually get out there and do stuff, apply ideas from the book or elsewhere, and do it yourself if you want to build a business.
