Greetings All....
Just got my webpage up and running (mostly for repeat customers
over the years). Now, I want to set up a newsletter/ezine list.
Looking for recommendations on who to use for this.
I have supported myself with my current business since 2000.
Health took a dive south and I am going to have to cut WAY back
on craft shows/home parties/corporate functions, etc., and
try to reach new customers via the internet. I have a
large repeat business, 1 wholesale account, and am in
several stores on a commission basis. Without doing the weekend
gigs and corporate functions though...I am going to be in hot water!
So going online is no longer a good thing to do, it's a MUST.
Part of my health problems unfortunately have affected my
short term memory. I single handedly could probably keep 3M
post it notes in business. Learning anything new is frustrating.
My business I can do with my eyes closed, and writing custom poetry
is never a problem. But learning website stuff is completely
frustrating and nerve wracking. I am driving my hosting company
"help line" nuts as well. There are instructions on things I need
to do on their site, BUT I just don't understand what the
hell they are talking about. Does anyone else here use HostExcellence?
My site is very primitive and doesn't have pictures on it yet
even though I took the easy way and used a template with some HTML
that I know. I can't proceed though because I have hit a brick wall
in understanding.
Need a GREAT SIMPLE book on website TERMINOLOGY!
Any help on a good book and a ezine server is very much appreciated.
So is any advice!
