I went searching for opportunites and came across something called UNICE

So I sent an email requesting info and this is what came back. Is this the latest Nigeria scam?

We have a few questions for you and if you answer them with answers that suit our needs then you may consider yourself hired!
1. Are you checking your e-mail on a daily basis?If not how often?If YES how many times a day?
2. Can you open a new account with Bank of America, Wells Fargo or Citibank in your area? NOTICE: You will be requested to provide us a new created bank account, with 0 (zero) balance and online access.
3. Are you able to go out of your home to a bank/post office nearby your area?
4. Upon notifications from us that a check/wire transfer/money order/parcel will reach you in 24 hrs or so will you be able to wait for it or go to the bank to cash it or withdraw the money?(Please note: we shall never ask you to stay at home 24hrs/day but you should be aware that our clients and business in general can not wait for us days in order to receive/cash checks/wire transfers/money orders/parcels).Also please note that we need people that have some spare time during normal business hours , so they may be able to go in time to the post office or bank or any other institution.
5. Are you able to move around your area fast enough ?(e.g. Go to your local bank and withdraw money from your account and/or after wards sending a wire to another person/company we will indicate to you? )
6. Are you able to supply to us a valid scanned copy of any of your I.D.s (driver's license OR passport ) in order to verify your identity? We do that by inputting all the data about you at www.ussearch.com It's just a matter of checking if you are indeed who you claim to be.
