First, thanks Maamaw for the advice about my "beds" on my website. The theme temple was Starry Night and I guess they (software guy) thought the beds went with the theme. Anyway, check it out and see my critters.
NOW, the reason for writting. I bought IMC 3 years ago through you. I had worked 30 years at a real job and had some health problems and had to quit. So I was looking to do something from home. My health continued to decline and I put the books away because I was too ill. Fast forward to 3 years later. They finally found out why I was so sick and now I am better. It was during the 3 years I started do the stain glass, and this last year started selling in my town. Last summer I had to empty my mother's house after putting her in a nursing home. I sold the house and bought a smaller one. I'm getting to my point, hang in there. She was a collector of depression dishes and anything old or on sale. It took me nearly 6 months and a professional auction company to get rid of everthing I didn't want. The amount of stuff she had was AMAZING. My daughter took 1200 peices of glassware home and it didn't make a dent. ANYWAY_ I lost track of my IMC package, CD's and all. I never installed it on my computer, another reason I put it up, old computer, too slow and no room. I have finally unpacked all my boxes that were in storage and no IMC. MY QUESTION- Since you have seen my site (the seahorses) do you think it would be worth the investment again I paid 279.00 3 years ago. Like I said in previous posts, I just want a chance to get my name out there in search engines and change my site from what it is now, to a commerce site. Would I really benefit from IMC or just continue doing what I am doing and check out SEO's and the like. I am considering ebay and I found several other sites like them but are strictly art related. SO SORRY to ramble on, put I put it away so long ago thinking I would get back to and you know how that goes. But i guess it got lost in the shuffle of the estate sale. Thanks- Carla

PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT. It has been done before, but never successfully. In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace. NEWS FLASH: I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday. I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish. I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!" Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures. Although we may, from time to time, monitor or review discussions, postings and the like on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, we are under no obligation to do so. You are likewise prohibited from posting any false claims against any company or individual. If you cannot accept or agree with the terms of service for this website and discussion board, you are advised not to post on this board. In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact. And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!). |
