Ok, I think you found a legit business op. The two clues that tell me it is on the level is a) 100% refund no questions asked, and b) the insane amount of work it would take to make the kind of profits he gives examples of. I know of a few people who run second-hand stores in Texas and they do darn good business. One of them even runs a few storage facilities so almost everything in their second-hand shop is out of overdue storage accounts. If you had the money to start a full fledged business I would recommend storage facilities, but that is kinda off topic. Can you make money "recycling?" Yes, but it isn't easy and you will have to work hard to find the stuff until people know to come to you with it (word of mouth advertising is always best, but don't settle for that alone).
