That StormPay has run into trouble with the Tennessee Better Business Bureau, (http://data.middletennessee.bbb.org/commonreport.html?bid=2146166) seems to be telling every frozen account holder a different story and keeps changing the story they (and their attorneys) tell from one conversation to the next.
Speculation: They don't have the funds to cover unanticipated withdrawals and are using smoke-screens and mirrors while they scramble.
Opinion: To freeze accounts while investigating and weeding out fraud is a good thing. To freeze accounts because they supposedly do not meet your TOS when you were given a complete business plan/model up front upon application is fraud in and of itself. I can't speak for any of the auto-surf accounts that StormPay has frozen, but some claim never to have been contacted by StormPay at all for info or anything else and StormPay does not respond to requests for info. At least one auto-surf program is continuing to pay members because they had sufficient funds invested outside of StormPay to keep going.
JMHO (and absolutely nothing else) but whatever may become of the auto-surf industry, StormPay is beginning to smell like a dead fish and is doing absolutely nothing to make themselves look better. That could all change, of course, as more info comes to light. But for now as this is written . . . .

I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!" Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.
