Realize that a business has to be a member of the BB in order to have any info (good or bad) files with the BBB.

Means nothing. Just means it's a new scam or a new domain or new names and you had the pleasure of of being one of their first possible victims. Don;t you feel great! LOL.

I am pretty sure that WHOIS info is public info. If the domain ownwer wants to protect it from public view, he must purchase whois protection. That's why they offer the service.
