I don't have experience with this particular company or even with "processing emails," but I can 99.999% guarantee it works just like "mailing circulars" and "stapling booklets" and "stuffing envelopes."
This Scams 101 Article explains exactly how those work.
This is what I think will happen (remember, this is only an educated guess on my part; all I can tell you for sure is that you should NOT spend your money on this "opportunity"):
You will advertise their "directory" or whatever it is, and when an order is placed (i.e., someone coughs up their hard-earned cash), you will "send an email." That email will either contain "the directory" or it will contain a link to "download the directory."
So despite the rosy picture they paint, you will not be "sending emails" all day but only when "the product" is ordered -- and it must be a fairly expensive product if they're paying you a $25 commission.
SO... you do their advertising for them, they collect the orders and the money, and they give you a share.
On the surface, that's okay -- it's how lots of legitimate sales are made, including online affiliate programs and sales in the real world.
But y'know what's ugly about this one?
They claim you will be making $25 for "every email you send," leaving you with the distinct impression that ALL you have to do to rake in this kind of money is SEND EMAILS.
That's a bold-faced lie, which leads one to wonder about the quality of their product.
