Spamming is where people put sooo many keywords on the page you can "tell"
that they are mis-using them. Or they have keywords "hidden" in the page.
As long as the page makes sense to the reader and is informative, you have
nothing to worry about as far as "spamming". Sometimes a page may allow you to
use a keyword or phrase more because it "fits". Sometimes you will use it less.
The importance is not so much the density of keywords on the page as it is
for "off page" keywords. (IN-Bound text linking).
Just don't worry so much about the keyword density. Write an informative
article that will be of value to your reader. And go get inbound links.
Stop worrying so much. Wink!
