I could be making quite a bit more money if I pushed all the back-end programs at the same time I'm telling you how great the course is (if you buy the back end stuff right away, they tell me the affiliate gets credit even if you didn't buy it through their link, which is nice).
I don't because I personally think you should WAIT to buy all that stuff.
There are a bzillion different options to create your ebook -- Corey's eBook Pro is just one of them. (I just got it recently and I can't wait to try it; if I love it, I'll be singing its praises and selling it here, but that doesn't mean there aren't other choices.) Same with managing your mailing lists. And managing your affiliates. The list goes on...
If you wait a while -- get your feet wet, actually start "doing" instead of just studying and planning -- then you'll be in a better position to decide exactly how much you want to automate and evaluate which programs are best for you.
The programs he talks about in his course are secondary.
The "gold" is in what you learn about marketing in general and internet marketing in particular.
Don't despair... you don't need eBook Pro to move forward and do a bang-up job.
