I personally think there are two possibilities here:
Either he genuinely wanted to provide a work-at-home opportunity for people and intended to do the right thing but it turned out to be a ridiculous mess and that's why it's taking so long... or he is another one of the con artists, paying in the beginning so he can run away with the cash later. I have no clue which it is -- but the fact that it ain't workin' is made obvious by the long turnaround time.

I would stick my neck out so far as to guess that Disciples' Crosses are the ONLY exception to the rule -- and I should note that some companies WILL pay you for your first load, or your first and second, because that guarantees you will order more supplies, usually in massive quantities -- and THEN they run away with the cash.

Yes, they send boatloads of raw materials elsewhere -- to factories with whom they have a CONTRACT.
As far as I know, the factories do NOT pay for the materials then try to sell the products back to the U.S. companies who have the option to reject absolutely everything as "inferior quality" because, in reality, they never intended to buy them back because, in reality, the markets they claim to have for said products are bogus.
It just isn't the same thing.
