We tend to "believe what we perceive." Recommendation Mike ... leave well enough alone.

The more you reply to the thread you started ... the more the "original perception" is ingrained.

Sometimes best to "move on," thus, reducing [continued] "losses" sustained by trying to rewrite history. Something many of our elite, smart politicos seem to never learn.

I reread your post ... as most will as this thread continues with your help, MM's, others . . .

It reads as it reads, and no amount of wordsmithing on your part will change it. BTW, amongst hundreds of definitions for wordsmithing, two are "art of pitching," and "persuasive copywriting."

You are attempting to do both ... problem is the "perceived notion" has been set -- original post ... the impression made.

As said, your best defensive effort -- and that's what it is -- is to, as a popular 80's song strains longingly, "Let it go . . ."

By far the toughest thing to do ... especially when one has sole ownership. Tempus fugit, times flies. Let it go, and before you know ... the time healing thing takes place and all is "forgotten."

Funny thing is, tread a second time and the "forgotten" is remembered. Forgiveness is usually a once only affair. Forum Master has all but forgiven you ... hint -- leave it alone, let it go. Continued defense will just further ingrain the perception.
