FIB - Scams 101 - Ye Olde Archives

Well, I'm trying to follow in your dazzling footsteps, and I've done something terrible.
I can't go to the support forum for LINK MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT because I can't get into it, and I don't know if the problem is on my end or theirs (I suspect it's on mine).
Can you help me??
1. I imported some links using the link wizard. It worked fine.
2. I imported more links from another category. It worked fine, but it turned out I didn't want that category after all, so I deleted it through the proper channels (though the link wizard).
3. I tried to import more links from yet another category, and while I got the standard email telling me it was done, nothing happened -- no new category, no new links. (Note the first time I did it, it did put in the category but showed zero active or inactive links; I deleted that and tried again and nothing happened.)
4. I decided to forget the other category (I had plenty to start), so I went to the templates to set it up on my site.
5. That's when I realized I was in over my head. (I don't understand if I'm supposed to change things like {%navigation-path%} or just plop it "as is" into my template, etc., because I don't really understand where all this is hiding; I see no changes whatsoever when I look at the site on my FTP screen.)
6. Solution? Visit the Support Forum.
7. Problem? I can't... I am getting this error message (which I assume has something to do with why it won't import a new category, but what do I know):

That's the message I get (on a white screen, same as when you get a "Forbidden" or 404 error) when I try to enter *any* of the onlinemarketingtoday forums... but the list of errors gets longer each time.
This has to be a problem on my end, right??
Is it telling me I've tried to connect to that site too many times while pooopulating my links database?
At this point, I'm so befuddled I don't think I could rip my own hair out even if I could find my head.
Am I trapped in MySQL hell forever??
