At one point, early in my Real Estate career, to pick-up some extra bucks, I took pictures of our office listings for the Multiple Listing Service. I thought this would be easy. You stop in front of the house. Snap a picture. Get it developed. Get paid. What I didn't take into consideration---at the same time, there were numerous drug raids taking place in the area. The police would go around during daylight hours and take pictures of proposed targets of the pre-dawn raids. The first house I went to was tenant occupied. The landlord had listed the house and didn't inform the tenant. As I was standing in front of the house lining up the picture, a 'Hells Angel' type came flying out the front door. It took some fast talk on my part, but I got the picture and got away without being physically harmed. From that point on, all pictures were taken from inside my car with the motor running----just in case.
