I am a dealer under Dennis Bevers who has been the MOST helpful K&B dealer. His wife Sandy is very helpful also.

I have never met Dennis, I call him on his 1-800 number so there is no long distance charges for me to pay.

I call Kaeser & Blair using 1-800 number so there is no long distance charges.

I get to attend suppliers shows FREE. Most samples are FREE. Some samples cost a small amount of the list price. I purchase some samples just for me, and some samples that I know certain customers will end up purchasing. It is your business - there is NO REQUIRED purchase of samples. I also charge the sample cost to my customers - so there is NO CHARGE to me. You decide.

I took the order forms that came in my sample kit and made copies of the front page. The front page is what I use since I FAX my orders to my customer for their signature to verify that I have the order written just the way they told me. My customer sends the signed FAX to me and I turn around and FAX it to Kaeser & Blair using their 1-800 FAX number.
My only cost is the FAX to my customer and the cost of copies.
Of course if you drive to your customer you will have the cost of driving.

My only other charge is the PRINTED catalog which Kaeser & Blair charges $2.25 each (1-49) or $2.00 if ordering 50 and so on. This is my decision of how many to order and this is a REAL cost of doing business. I print my label that I place on my catalogs using Publisher software and paper glue to attach to catalogs. You decide how much you wish to pay for your labels.

You can purchase video tapes $20 each and audio tapes $5 each. I have never purchased any of these but they are available if you wish to.

I have attended the KTU which is a traveling class that cost $25 and you pay your traveling and food expense. These are normally held near a manufactory so we can tour their factory. You get to learn new information and meet other dealers who are glad to share methods that are helping them to get orders and keep clients.

Once a year Kaeser & Blair has a company wide convention. Dennis has won several awards at this convention. I have never attended but you pay for your registration, room and transportation. The pictures that I have seen shows everyone having a lot of fun.

Kaeser & Blair does not require that you have a website that is your business decision.

Kaeser & Blair are members of the professional promotional products associations so you do not have to join as individual unless you want to. It is a great benefit and it is a business expense.

Special promotional training is available OUTSIDE of Kaeser & Blair. I have attended several teleconference classes which run around $97 and up. This is your decision.

Promotional Products is a $18 billion business with plenty of room for you when you are ready.

I must tell you that when my kit arrived it overwhelmed me so I put it under the bed for a week or two. You get alot of samples and information. And then you are ready to start making money by sending in orders. My first order was a t-shirt for my hairdresser who sells them for double the price she paid for them.

Dennis has been there with answers to my many questions of what sample should I show my customers, why one sample is better than another, and how to fill out order form. His many years in the business and knowledge has been very VALUABLE to my business. Yes he receives a small override from any business I write but I am glad that Kaeser & Blair gives him that override. I have one dealer that signed up under me and Kaeser & Blair gives me a small override from orders that he writes.

WHAT I LOVE THE MOST ABOUT KAESER & BLAIR is that they pay me instantly by direct deposit the FULL amount of my commission just as soon as my order is accepted and entered into Kaeser & Blair system. NO WAITING for your commission. Of course any cancelled order will be treated as a chargeback which Kaeser & Blair will deduct out of your next order until it is paid in full. Never have I had to send a check to Kaeser & Blair to pay a chargeback. I have only had one charge back which is from a manufactor that was purchased by another company and they changed the product that my customer was doing a repeat order. Kaeser & Blair paid me when the repeat order was accepted and I was charged back when my customer had to change suppliers in order to get their two color logo on 3 sided ink pen since the other company stopped providing this service. But once Dennis helped me locate another 3 sided pen that would work and my customer accepted the doubled cost, Kaeser & Blair adjusted my account and paid me the difference.
