Yes they are a legitimate company.
I am a member but i dont care about you trying to plug you into my downline;
I am just trying to bring you up speed.
Here are the facts
1.1099 is sent out to all the members around january so they can file their taxes.
2.You have the choice to come in as sole Proprietor
3.Registered business with EIN# are welcome also.
4.No false information will be accepted
5.You must 18 or older join because of regulatory Statues
The two Founders are they not fly by night people. They have been running there progams on the net for three year and are debt free. Visit

Then after you have done the resarch then you decide for your self.
IF the answers is YES then welcome aboard.
If the answer is NO then I wish you the best of sucess in what ever business you decide to go with.
