I know that Paypal was having problems with their server on the 9th AND 10th. That may have been the problem you were having. I tried a couple of times to login to Paypal to ask about a refund for something I bought (Being the idiot I am. Why don't I listen to you people? ;)) And it wouldn't let me into my account at first. Than when it finally did it kept saying error on page please try again later. I logged in this morning and got the same thing. I tried around 3:30 this afternoon and everything went fine. That may have been the problem.
