He is given way too much credibility. I have yet to figure why he has such a following unless it is the mind set that everything is a rip-off or scam.
My own experience with SOME that he knocks is the same as his and I agree with him.
However,in his crusade, he also does harm to those that that are seeking good info. There are some that he knocks that are legitimate.
He just doesn't like creative real estate. Since it's what I do honestly and with integrity, I know that creative real estate works, is legitimate and is honest and provides an opportunity that many couldn't have otherwise.
Personally, I find him to be mean-spirited and negative. Maybe, I question him because I tend to be optimistic,positive and look for good.
I don't think his credentials stand up to scrutiny either as a real estate investor.

Yes, I am the "contrarian"here. But I feel it is important to give good, factual information based on my experience. If I can help someone achieve something they could not have obtained any other way, then I have done my part.
You may notice I am a vocal advocate of Ron LeGrand's system (who Reed knocks).
I have NO financial interest in anyone buying any of his stuff.
Here is the facts. It outright works if you do. It ain't cheap but every dollar I spent with him, I got back many times.
Would you invest $1 to get back $3? If you wouldn't, then business is not for you and you should stay in your job. Sorry if that sounds harsh, but at least you'll still have your money and won't be coming here telling what a rip-off something is denying others their opportunity to succeed.
