In Response To: Dave Espino? (The big Dog!)
Hey, Big Dog. I'll give you my answer and probably go into a minor rant.
I have the product and found it worth the money. It's only something like $40; about the price of a book at the bookstore. If you know nothing about Ebay, you will find it useful if you apply the info. Besides, I'm sure it has a money back guarantee. Not sure bookstores let you read a book and return it if you don't like it. I have NO relationship with Mike Enos; I bought the course from the infomercial and subscribe to his free newsletter. I also do not sell on Ebay for my business. I have sold some stuff from time to time and found the info helpful in getting better results from my auctions.
Being the contrarian on this forum, I am very leery of the rip-off report and other crusaders on "high moral ground" like John Reed. If you dig into their background you find an agenda that is different what they want you to believe.
I have read elsewhere that if someone doesn't accomodate the publisher of rip off report, they are bad-mouthed. This is only what I have read elsewhere and am reporting that. I have no personal knowledge and experience with the rip off report.
Some of these people don't like anyone, probably including themselves.
Why these people have credibility is there are so many people afraid there is a conspiracy out there that everything is a scam and a rip-off. People are afraid. Yes, there are people out there looking to take advantage of anyone they can. But what are the chances that Mike, for example, could escape the FTC if he were a scam.
Kevin Trudeau got nailed. I have no idea what he did but I know he got whacked real hard.
I'm not saying that you are one of these people that is afraid of everything. I've read your posts.
What happens is many people think you can buy something and get rich.
There is a famous saying: " A fool and his money are easily parted".
These same people feel that since they bought a product and didn't succeed, it's a scam.
Most of them forgot something and I'm going to use a four letter word here.
I believe every scam should be nailed hard and I may be my brother's keeper.
But I don't believe it's my job to protect every fool out there who thinks you get something for nothing.
Too many people have a victim mentality.
I love this forum and believe it provides a good service. I also hope that some find some value in my non-mainstream opinions.
I answered questions you didn't even have here.
Sorry if I offended anyone (or everyone).

| PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT. It has been done before, but never successfully. In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH: I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday. I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish. I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?). I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
