I've never used this software so I have no input on how well it works, but I felt compelled to point out something that bothered me when I visited the home page.
One of the first items on the home page is an announcement about their new email marketing program. One of the main features they highlight about this program is its ability to harvest email addresses from web pages and text files.
You may already know this, but this is not allowed under the CAN-Spam Act. I don't know about you, but that makes me really leery about how they work or how long-lasting the great search engine results they claim to deliver will last since we all know that there are questionable tactics you can employ to boost your rankings short term, but those tactics can get someone banned once they're discovered.
Just my 2c.
