Send me an email if you are still having problems. I just got home a little while ago.
I have the package where I leave it set at the default and I can over-ride what I want so my daughter can view images for her homework. You can unblock all unsupervised chat but I don't know why any responsible parent would do that. If some forum is set to trigger the filter, I just over-ride it if I want in.
Here is a copy and paste from their site:

The reporting that they mention, I believe, will set up screen shots randomly so you can tell who went where and whae and what they saw while they were there. It can be emailed to anyone. If someone's husband has a problem he is trying to overcome, he can arrange to have his surfing emailed to his pastor. Quite effective. :)
