The real problem lies in the fact that even though Quixtar provides complete disclosure on the SA-4400 and sets out guidelines in its Business Compendium for all IBOs to read and follow, many of those IBO's go out every night drawing circles, pumping dreams and never mention the average compensation.
They are required to provide a copy of the SA-4400 to anyone they show the plan to. Many don't do it. These guidelines were set up 30 years ago, but so many simply never do it because they are never told to. Far to many lines of sponsorship operate under the belief that it is more important to get a new IBO signed up for tape of the month than it is to teach them the legalities of their new business.
