Hi Claudia:
I tried Site Build It last year... There is no argument the SiteSell is a top notch company with one of the best affiliate programs around, and Ken Evoy keeps making it better. However, I found SBI to be a bit cumbersome to build a site with. That being said, I had been building sites since 1997 and am more familiar with tools like FrontPage or just writing HTML from scratch in a text editor.
SBI is very structured and forces you to conform to a tool which is very different from FrontPage or any other site design tool you might be used to. Also, since it's all web-based, it can be a little slow at times.
For folks who have never built a website before, I think they will adapt to SBI quite readily and would never know the difference.
One thing that musn't be forgotted is all the other services that SBI provides for you... Building the site is about 10% of the whole thing, getting it positioned well and bringing traffic in is where SBI really shines.
