Yes, I bought the course. Yes, I liked most of what is in it. No, it's not that easy. Truthfully, I used some of what he teaches to buy one property. I had basically none of my own money involved and I did walk out of closing with a check---so, it can be done. I just didn't have the time (or inclination) to continue. I do know several people using variations of what he teaches. Some of them have several rental properties. The first one is the hardest to acquire. After that you have something to work with to go after the others. It is a tough and competitive business and not for everyone!
Do as was suggested and check out Ebay for a used course. You'll save money up front and won't be bothered by the 'follow-up' calls trying to 'mentor' you. Those are a pain!
Learn all you can. Talk to other investors and if you like it---Go for it!!
