Beware! Aussie 2 Up Illegal Pyramid!!!

Posted By: Johnny Anonymous :-)
Friday, 25 February 2005, at 5:56 p.m.

The old illegal Aussie 2 up system. 1st was coastal vacations $1295 to buy product, then two guys from that company went out on their own and and started Liberty League (Brent Payne & Shayne c.), selling a book with a promotional cd (basically the same as what is on their website - hype $1500.00 usd. Next comes Emerald Passport. Most of the people making big bucks in this company are ex LLI distributors. This company has teamed up with Profit Masters (the flashy movie site) to slam anyone who views the movies. Total cost $1295 for product and $99 to join. All of these companies are Aussie 2 up illegal pyramid scams. They are illegal in 23 States. Go to www.mlmwatchdog.com and type in liberty league or coastal vacations to find out more about the Aussie 2 up plan. If you have been burned by any of the above companies, let them know there. I will advise them of EPI shortly.

What these companies do is sell you the opportunity. You pay $1292-$1520.00 for the product (you can find in the library-or think of all that you could puchase at the book store), and the person who is selling you the opportunity gets $1000.00. I think that shows you the value of the product right there doesn't it. If the person hasn't passed 2 sales up to their recruiter or as they call it their "mentor" or "director" then this goes to their director. If you don't buy the product up front and just join for $99.00 you have to pass 4 sales up. This is win win for the company as the industry average for the amount of people someone will recruit in any given biz opp is 2.7. So on average you may have a chance to make $1000.00 yourself.

People who excell in this type of pyramid scam are salesman/woman type individuals (7% of the entire population). High pressure... amke your decision tonight or I'm going to have to let you go and move on to the next person. They will say things like, "I have 100 people who call me about this and I am only looking for serious people, so if you are not serious (meaning willing to drop $1300-$1500 USD tonight) I gotta let you go." Now does that sound like something that you can have fun with. I think NOT!

I wish all of you the best. I will drop out again in a few days. I hope that this helps alot of people from losing their mortgage payment for this month, or their kids college fund or their money for their upcoming holiday.

Be Prosperous!

NOTICE TO SCUMBEEZLES
(you know who you are... you scream "Foul!" when the truth comes out)
PLEASE READ THIS LEGAL NOTICE CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU FILE A LAWSUIT OR EVEN WASTE TIME THINKING ABOUT IT.  It has been done before, but never successfully.  In fact, the last dodobird who tried it ended up being ordered to pay more than $77,000 in attorney fees ($65,000+ to my attorneys and $12,000+ to my co-defendant's legal advisor).
If your attorney is worth his salt, he's going to tell you that the expense of filing a lawsuit you can't win is a whole lot worse than any "damages" resulting from messages posted on this insignificant little chunk of cyberspace.
NEWS FLASH:  I didn't just climb down off that ol' turnip truck yesterday.  I'm well aware that expressing a negative opinion, relating one's personal experience, and restating provable facts are all legal in this country and do not constitute libel, slander, or defamation -- so you don't want to play games with me, and you sure don't want to start something you aren't prepared to finish.  I don't take threats lightly, and I don't accept bribes (or did you call it a "mutually-beneficial arrangement"?).  I'll turn you in faster than you can yell, "ARREST ME, I'M SCUM!!"
Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.

By posting messages and/or content on the Friends In Business (Scams 101) Message Board, you give permission for Lesley Fountain/Friends In Business/Shoestring Success Publications to display, distribute and use the posting and content for publication, advertising, promotion, excerption or example.         In closing, I would like to remind you once again that it is still legal, in this great country of ours, to express a PERSONAL OPINION, as long as it is presented as opinion and not as fact.
And finally, all you scammers out there will do well to remember that TRUTH IS AN ABSOLUTE DEFENSE against charges of libel, defamation, and slander... so if you're operating just a hop, skip, and jump ahead of the law, you might want to think twice before doing anything stupid... (AND SHAME ON YOU!!).
