I believe if he had made a promise and he loved her so much that he would fight for ten years to keep his promise, he would have waited more than a couple of years to take in a new hunny and make babies with her. I also believe he would not have screamed, "Isn't that bitch dead yet?" when a nurse called his house, and I also believe he would not have brought girlfriends in to point at his wife and say, "That's my wife, the vegetable" (all part of the court record).
I believe he wants her dead because if she did learn to communicate, she would tell what happened to her and he would go to prison.
Don't you think "saving himself" is a valid motive??

There's a theory that it is all tied up with the Church of Scientology. I read about it yesterday -- found it through Google. It sounds kind of far-fetched to me, but stranger things have happened. I don't really believe it, but at least it would explain the judge.
