You can find out how many times a term was searched and thus find out how many people are interested in a particular term or subject by going to http://inventory.overture.com/d/searchinventory/suggestion/
I just put in 'staying young' and that was only searched 323 times in January 2005. Put in 'aging' and it comes up with 18,964 plus many many sub searches. Play around with different terms and see what you come up with.
To make any money you are going to have at least a few hundred thoussand searches per month for any niche. For example put in 'vitamins' and there are 381,231 plus probably another 200,000 to 300,000 in the sub terms.
There is a market for staying young and it is the baby boomers. We are fighting old age with everything we have ^..^ How to market that to them I have no idea.
You can also go to http://www.google.com/press/zeitgeist.html you can't put in terms to see how many times it was searched. But you can see what the most searched items are for the last week, month and also search archives. Very interesting site, go there on a regular basis and you will see how the most searched items change and vary by the time of year and what is in the news.
