Rick - Thanks for your reply and follow-up research. Yeah, you'd have to wonder how a "seasoned" and savvy person like me could fall for such a lame advertising scheme. Maybe I'm not so savvy after all! They prey on folks like me - the educated Stay-At-Home-Mom looking to supplement income "working from home". I have an eBay biz and run my husband's motorcycle shop & website. We can comfortably afford a private 4-year college for my 18yo daughter. So why on earth did I fall for it? And moreover, why would I give up personal information over the phone? Puhleeze, this girl knows better! Perhaps I was caught up in the moment and feeling the greed? Just what they were hoping for! It was not so much the ad, which was misleading, "courtroom researchers" - the ad just got me to make the call. It was the person I spoke to. It sounded like a GREAT part-time way to generate income. I figured $89 was not too much to risk for trying it out. It was AFTER I agreed, AFTER I gave up my account information and AFTER I hung up that I became uneasy with my decision. I was hindsight that urged me to research the NCFG online, discovering unsavory reviews. Live and learn I suppose. Search the archive threads for this company. Others have posted their experience with them. The company had the stones to send someone into collections because they could not obtain the $89. Hope they don't go there with me. I've blocked them from ACH debits, but will close my checking account if I have to. It's my bank's job to protect me and my money and I've discussed the situation with them, feeling like a fool in the process. They've got my back (so they say).

Do yourself a favor and turn your legal team loose in greener pastures.
