I have not had any experience with these scammers but can file a complaint with paypal. Maybe they will freeze their account and they (Moneyflies) will refund your money to drop the complaint with paypal.
I looked around their web site but could not find any real info. They also operate stuffenvelopeslegally.com (64.202.167.56) web site using the same PO address. I wonder if you can contact the Post Office in Loveland, CO and see if they will give you a physical address. Maybe file a small claims court action and send a subpoena to the Post Office in Loveland, CO. The Post Office in Loveland, CO would require an ID and physical address of the person renting the PO Box. I know this will cost less than $50.00 to file a small claims court action but maybe if everyone knows this person they will not loose money to these scammers. Good luck!
