I actually did cover it, but it is a bit buried in the copy, located just above the free 3 lb. packet.
Here's the entire paragraph-
As a secondary source of income, you are entitled to recruit other dealers. They will have the same income opportunity as you, as the over-ride commissions are paid out of K & B's share. These over-ride commissions are paid for life - As long as you and the dealers continue to send orders to K & B. I have been receiving over-ride commissions since May 1993. (This is not MLM, as over-ride commissions are only paid to the recruiting dealer.)
Note the last line specifies "ONLY paid to the RECRUITING dealer". I guess it could be a little more explicit that there are no overrides paid to the "upline".

I've been self-employed in this industry for 20+ years. February will mark my 12 year with Kaeser and Blair, as an independent agent (Similar to today's more common affiliates). I've not found any other national distributor offering a contract or benefits close to what these people do for us.
Note: It's definitely not a "ground floor" opportunity, as K & B is 110 years old.
