1.) Start a blog (or website) giving great details and listings about the places you visit.
2.) When your blog gets popular, when you visit a particular town or city, go to some of the businesses there (especially restaurants). Tell them how many readers you have. SELL them advertising space in your blog.
3.) To get lots of exposure for your blog, register a good domain name relevant to rv'ing (something like RVingAcrossAmerica.com...you get the drift) and have a large banner made up and placed on the sides of your RV featuring your domain name.
4.) Since you have Internet access, plan the route you are taking to wherever. Send a press release to the chambers of commerce along the way, and notify the larger businesses about your blog and what you're doing. If they invite you to eat, sleep, or whatever there, sell them advertising space. Don't forget about the small local newspapers. They might give you a good write-up and advance publicity.
5.) The Good Sam Club caters to RV'ers, and has an affiliate program for any sales you make to other RV'ers you run across. (RV parks, ect.)
This ought to keep you busy for a while.
